With The European Convention on Human Rights signed on May 18, 1954 by our country, private or corporate bodies can apply to The European Court of Human Rights after utilizing domestic jurisdiction and if the final decrees of domestic courts do not satisfy them. The decrees of the European Court of Human Rights are duly applied in our country.

Hence, particularly as a consequence of the consciousness emerged recently, people who believe that their trial process is not fair and think that the domestic jurisdiction is not sufficient have started to claim their rights from The European Court of Human Rights.
